A small beginning
A 10x10 shop in Bapa Nagar, Karol Bagh. One workbench, one soldering iron, and a belief that honest repair was enough.
Word spreads
No advertising. Just customers telling friends. 'Go to Pankaj bhai — he won't cheat you.' The queue started getting longer.
The chip-level turn
While others sent motherboards for scrap, we invested in a microscope and a hot-air station. Nokia BL-5C batteries, Motorola flip phones, Blackberrys, GPG Dragon box — we learned to fix what everyone else called unfixable.
The Bapa Nagar bench
Orange walls, hand-written rate cards, a Buddha for luck and dadaji's photo for blessings. The shop where the craft was built — Airtel posters, Reliance recharge charts, one heavy printer, and a queue that started at 10 in the morning.
Late nights, fresh wires
The bench grew. Headphones tangled, soldering iron still warm at midnight. Most of the work happened after the market shut.
iPhones arrive in Delhi
The iPhone repair wave hit Karol Bagh. Most shops used fake parts. We didn't. That choice cost us margin but built us a reputation. Winter mornings, customer walks in with a dead phone — walks out with it working.

Outgrew the old gali. Shifted the workshop into the heart of Gaffar Market — same hands, more space, better tools.
